Framed Original Louis Icart "Monte Carlo" Poster

A framed original "Monte-Carlo (beach ball)" poster by Louis Icart (1887-1951). This hard to find gem was created in 1948, just 2 years before his passing, and comes with a Certificate of Appraisal by James A. Lapides, President of the International Poster Gallery in Boston, MA.

Icart was an Art Deco French painter and illustrator well known for his depictions of glamorous women in Paris in the roaring 20s.
