Bisque Head Doll with Original Clothing
A bisque socket head, Mold 250.3, Ernst Heubach doll with sleep eyes that are beautifully framed by hand painted eyebrows, eyelashes, nostrils and lips. This doll has an open mouth in which you can see molded teeth.
The composition jointed body sits about 23" tall with ball and socket joints and comes with the original clothing and wig and plate.
Ernst Heubach made a wide range of inexpensive bisque dolls from the late 1880s through to 1919 when his daughter married the son of Armand Marseille and they merged their two factories.
